A woman’s club can be either of junior or general status, whose membership provides volunteer service to their community. The state of Georgia is divided into ten districts and each district has meetings in March and in October of the club year.

The motto of the Georgia Federation is Wisdom, Justice, and Moderation. The Federation colors are green and white and the flower is the Cherokee Rose.
There are approximately 120 Clubs with a membership of approximately 3,500. Every Georgia clubwoman is also a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, whose headquarters are located at 1734 N. Street, N.W.,  Washington, D.C. 20036.
